Do I need to purchase a plan to use the DevOps Agent?
Yes. You must purchase a plan before accessing the DevOps Agent. Choose from Basic, Pro, or Enterprise plans based on your needs. Once payment is complete, you'll have immediate access to start automating your workflows.
How do credits work?
Each prompt to the DevOps Agent costs 15 credits for Basic plan and 12 credits for Pro plan. Basic plan includes 200 credits/month (~13 prompts), Pro includes 500 credits/month (~41 prompts), and Enterprise offers unlimited credits with no per-prompt charges.
What happens when I run out of credits?
When your monthly credits are depleted, you'll need to wait until the next billing cycle or upgrade to a higher plan. Enterprise users never run out as they have unlimited credits.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change plans anytime from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking through Razorpay. Payments are processed securely in INR (Indian Rupees) at the current exchange rate.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
